Breakdown
Seeking:
CAL
Female, early 30s: Tim’s wife. New mother suffering from postpartum depression. Very strong-willed and impulsive. Yearning for independence. Emotionally unavailable and yet desperate to be able to nurture. NUDITY.
TIM:
Male, 30s: Cal’s husband. He is a struggling beer salesman attempting to provide for his family. City man trying to survive in the country. Pretends to be more confident, persuasive and worldly than he actually is.
FLYNT
Male, late 30s-40s: Cal’s brother. In grief after the death of his wife, which he feels responsible and guilty for. Lives in a trailer in rural Missouri and is of few means. Avid hunter and gun aficionado, always wears camo. A man with a tough exterior and a softer center.
OWNER
Male, 40s-early 60s: Bartender and owner of a bar in a small Illinois town. A simple man, not interested in the fancy beer Tim tries to sell him.
