Jesse’s teacher and Evan’s love interest • Jesse- 5-7yrs old. Makalo’s very rambunctious child. • Richard Riddle- 40s-60s. John Lithgow type • Danny- early 20s. in love with Makalo, a bit obsessive • Trevor- late teens- early 20s. A dreamy contestant on Evan’s show • Brianna- late teens- early 20s. Seems innocent at onset but slowly reveals her greedy and darker nature. • Mr Peachum- 40s-60s. Baritone. Father of Polly, a hypocrite who trusts no one • Mrs Peachum- 40s-60s. Alto. Mother of Polly • Jenny Diver- 30s-40s. Mezzo. Prostitute and former lover of Macheath. • Tiger Brown- 40s-50s. Baritone. London’s chief of the police. Torn between responsibility and feelings for his friend Macheath. • Lucy Brown- 30s. Mezzo.
