Mid-Michigan's newest professional theatre company, Williamston Theatre, located at 122 S. Putnam in downtown Williamston, is starting off its 2009-2010 Season with the love story, An Infinite Ache. Tickets are now on sale.

An Infinite Ache begins with five Preview performances starting Thursday, October 1. During the first four Previews audience members will have the opportunity to take part in the process of creating a show by participating in a talkback session with the director following each performance. The Official Opening Night is Friday, October 9 with the show scheduled to run through Sunday, November 8. Performances will run Thursday and Friday evenings at eight o'clock, Saturday matinees at three o'clock and evenings at eight o'clock, and Sunday matinees at two o'clock. Please note there will be no three o'clock performances on Saturday, October 3 or Saturday, October 10.

A fresh and heartfelt play about love, time and the infinite directions in which two lives can travel, An Infinite Ache, starts off at the end of supremely uninteresting first date. For these two twenty-somethings the myriad possibilities of their futures and a life shared together come rushing to meet them. From first date, to first child, from tragedy to new beginnings, this is a love story filled with humor, warmth, dazzling theatrical magic and the belief that a leap of faith can make all the difference in the world. This show contains mature themes.

The cast consists of Aral Gribble (Fully Committed, Hate Mail) and Jasmine Rivera. Tony Caselli is the Director and Set Designer for An Infinite Ache. The rest of the production team includes Ryan Davies (Lighting Designer), Jodi Ozimek (Costume Designer) and Lynn Lammers (Props Master). The Stage Manager is Erin K. Snyder.

Tickets are Pay-What-You-Can for Thursday, October 1. Remaining Preview tickets are $15.00! Starting Opening Night, tickets prices are $24.00 on Friday and Saturday evenings, $20.00 on weekend matinees and $18.00 on Thursday evenings. Discounted rates are available for groups of 10 or more for most performances. Tickets can be ordered by calling (517) 655-SHOW (7469), Monday - Friday from 12 - 6pm. Williamston Theatre patrons will find ample parking on the street and in several municipal lots throughout the city. The theatre is located in downtown Williamston (exit 117 off of I-96) just south of Grand River Avenue.
