Riverbank Theatre Announces its 2018 Season

The Riverbank Theatre has your entertainment needs covered with something for everyone in the 2018 Season!

Seussical the Musical kicks off the Riverbank Season this February. This wacky compilation of beloved Dr. Seuss stories focuses on the favorite "Horton Hears a Who." Let your imagination run wild with bright costumes and colorful set pieces. Seussical is a great option for the whole family!

The Nerd lands on the Snug stage in April. If you like to laugh, this one is for you! Director Brittany Smith says, "Rick Steadman takes the title of "nerd" to the extreme! Come and be amazed by his utter lack of social graces that put his new found friends in ridiculous and hilarious circumstances."

Titanic the Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and A Christmas Story round out the 2018 musical offerings with a great mix of beautiful music, Broadway flair, and superb storytelling. Our straight plays include The Dixie Swim Club, featuring an annual reunion of the college swim team gals; Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery, a hilarious spoof starring the famous detective and his sidekick Watson; and Jeff Daniel's Escanaba in da Moonlight, which offers a look into yooper dear camp craziness!

Performances are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $28.00 for reserved seating and are available online at www.riverbanktheatre.com or by phone at 810-278-1749.
