Voices West Presents: 'In Her Own Voice: Celebrating Female Artistry in Word and Song' Concerts at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church

In the arts, you may have heard the phrase, "Anonymous was a woman"-but not on our stage. Join us for performances devoted to the voices that history pushed into the margins for far too long...

Extraordinary artists. Luminous storytelling. Music that restores what silence once stole. Be part of a night where long-quieted brilliance rises into the light.

We will celebrate the compositions of amazing women composers together with the poetry of Emily Dickinson, Maya Angelou, Sara Teasdale, and others. We have also commissioned original pieces to perform from three talented Denver area composers-Misty Dupuis, Leah Porter Tracy, and Sarah Perske. We are beyond excited to perform their extraordinary pieces for you, for the very first time.
