Spurred by prophesy and consumed by ambition, Macbeth and his wife embark upon a murderous path to claim Scotlands throne. Greed and lust for power become entwined with guilt and paranoia in one of the most powerful plays of all time. Told with the imagination and invention for which Merely Players has become known, Shakespeares famous tragedy bursts on to the local stage. Something wicked this way comes.
