Victoria Theatre Association (VTA) has named Fairborn, OH native and University of Dayton graduate, Lisa Japs, as the new Vice-President of Ticketing and Sales.

Japs has been the Director of Ticket Center Stage for Victoria Theatre Association since 2009 and was recently promoted to Director of Patron Technology. She will begin her new role as Vice-President on Oct. 6, 2017.

"I am very excited to announce that Lisa Japs has accepted the position of Vice President Ticketing & Sales," said VTA President & CEO Ken Neufeld. "She has been a committed & valuable team member with VTA since 2003, starting as a TCS Agent and working her way up the Ticket Center Stage ladder. We all know her to be intelligent and committed to moving VTA forward. "

The announcement comes after VTA's current Vice-President of Ticketing and Hospitality, Lisa Wagner, was named Executive Director of Dayton's Levitt Pavilion.

"Lisa Wagner has been an important part of this organization for many years and her devotion to VTA and all its activities is legendary, "said Neufeld. "Her efforts in improving our patron experience, broadening our demographics, and improving our technology all stand as testament to her skills and talented leadership. The Levitt Pavilion is an exciting piece in the resurgence of downtown Dayton, and I have no doubt that under Lisa's leadership it will be wildly successful. "
