About this studio
WNC Dance Academy is a youth dance school at 829 Riverside Drive in Asheville, North Carolina, running two parallel tracks: a pre-professional program through the WNC Dance Repertory Company and a recreational program for students who want the same quality of instruction at a lighter commitment. Classes begin with creative movement and young ballet and tap from age two and a half, move through intro ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary for ages four to six, and build into ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, Broadway jazz, tap, hip hop and conditioning for older students, with an adult beginning/intermediate tap class also offered.
