About this studio
The Reno Empire is a teen and adult dance studio in Reno, Nevada, founded in 2017 and now operating from a new location at 1185 California Ave. It runs evening classes concentrated on commercial and street styles: beginner heels several nights a week, heels technique on Saturdays, beginner hip hop and contemporary. Alongside drop-in classes there are three performance teams - contemporary, hip hop and heels - each with its own weekly rehearsal, and the studio appears at local events and festivals. Registration and booking are handled through Mindbody. A twelve-month Empire Membership gives unlimited access to all group classes plus discounts on private lessons, and private lessons are available separately. Classes are pitched at beginners as well as experienced dancers.
