About this studio
The School of Nevada Ballet Theatre (SNBT) is the training arm of Nevada Ballet Theatre in Las Vegas, founded in 1979 and describing itself as the premier ballet and dance training center of Southern Nevada. It teaches many forms of dance to students from 18 months through adult in a 36,000 square foot facility. Training follows a structured sequence of stages matched to age and physical development, covering technique, coordination, strength, flexibility, musicality and artistic expression. Divisions include ages 18 months to 7, ages 8 to 18, an adult program, a competition team and the pre-professional NBT II. Summer programs, an August session and scholarships are offered, and the company presents a full performance season.
