About this studio
Starlite School of Dance has served the Patchogue area of Long Island for over thirty years from a facility at 620 Old Medford Avenue with three large dance studios and a waiting area for families. Its instructors are adult professionals with extensive dance backgrounds, and the school runs both recreational classes and a nationally recognized competition team for students of all ages. The curriculum spans classical ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, pointe, hip hop and acro, with early-years provision through Tiny Tots for ages 2-3, nursery ballet and pre-K and kindergarten combination classes. The studio emphasises technique and well-rounded training across a wide range of styles, offers a free trial class to prospective students, and publishes separate summer and autumn schedules alongside an annual recital and other events.
