Established in 1969, San Ramon Valley Dance Academy is a long-running Bay Area studio at 101 Ryan Industrial Court in San Ramon, California. It runs a curriculum of more than 125 classes a week, with students grouped by age and ability from children through teens and adults, and from beginners to professionals. Technique is emphasized across all disciplines rather than simply learning routines. Core programs are ballet (over 30 classes weekly including technique, pointe and company classes), jazz and tap, supported by specialty classes in contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, modern, and turns and jumps. A Little Dancers program serves the youngest students, and the Academy has performance companies and stages an annual Nutcracker. A free trial class form and a Fall 2026-Spring 2027 schedule are published on the site.
