About this studio
Robert Moses' KIN (RMK) is a San Francisco-based touring dance company founded in 1995 by choreographer Robert Moses and now marking its 30th anniversary season. The company states that it makes dance works addressing what is specific and unique in human nature, using movement as the medium through which race, class, culture, gender and belief are examined to voice unfulfilled possibilities. Alongside its performance season and online premieres, RMK presents dance as community service through educational outreach and the Bootstraps: Lyric Legacies project.
