Platinum Dance Center

Platinum Dance is a dance studio at 5300 Edina Industrial Blvd, Suite 300 in Edina, Minnesota, entering its 17th season after more than 15 years of teaching. It presents itself as a community built on positivity, encouragement and quality instruction, with classes for every level from first steps to advanced, and the message that every dancer matters and belongs. Classes are grouped by age: Toddler for ages 1.5-3, Preschool for 3-5, Kinder for 5-7, Kids for 7-9 and Academy for 9 and up, with dedicated ballet and acro tracks and a timetable that also includes tap and jazz. Trial classes can be booked online and a free open house is held before the school year. Competitive and performance teams audition separately, supported by summer performance team and competition camps, and the studio also runs summer camps and classes, mini camps, Wiggle Wednesdays for little ones, birthday parties, an annual recital and a yearly production of Nutcracker: Land of the Sweets open to dancers aged 3 and up.
