Constantine Dance

Constantine Dance Classes teaches ballroom, social partner and wedding dance to adults across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro. The business was founded by Dean and Mary Constantine, who taught Minnesotans for nearly 70 years from the 1950s onward and pioneered bringing the studio to the students, contracting with community education, park and recreation departments, country clubs, health clubs and businesses rather than running a single fixed location. Their daughter Deanna Constantine now owns and teaches the business, drawing on a childhood of ballroom and classical ballet training. Group classes run as three-week beginner partner-dance courses through community education programs in suburbs including Hopkins, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Golden Valley, White Bear Lake, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Andover, Shakopee, Watertown and Buffalo. A one-lesson 'Wedding Dance Rescue' group class and customised private wedding lessons are also offered, with private studios in Plymouth, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park and Wayzata and pay-as-you-go pricing.
