About this studio
Ozark Dance Academy was established in 1994 and is located at 7236 MO-14 in Sparta, Missouri, in the heart of the Ozarks. Over 31 years it has provided dance education to students of all ages from the Ozark, Nixa, Sparta, Spokane and Highlandville communities, and its instructors have trained dancers from preschool level through to college-bound students. The academy's stated philosophy is that dance is for everyone regardless of age or ability, and it emphasises the wellness, academic, health and fitness benefits of dance within a welcoming and inclusive environment. Programs are split into preschool, recreational/performance and competition tracks, covering ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, hip hop and contemporary among other styles.
