About this studio
Nashville Dance Center is located in the Green Hills area of Nashville and provides recreational and competitive dance instruction to over 450 students each week. The studio teaches ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop, specializing in classes from pre-school through high school for recreational students while also training its competition dance companies, which the studio says hold regional and national titles. Founded by Terry Tomlinson in 2002 and built up with her daughter Leah, the studio was bought in July 2024 by Andrea Greene and her husband Gary. Andrea had already taught at NDC for ten years after six years performing with Nashville Ballet. Classes are taught by certified professional teachers and choreographers.
