About this studio
Millennium Dance Complex is a commercial dance studio on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, Los Angeles, founded in 1992 when AnnMarie Hudson relocated from New York City. The studio describes itself as the first to bring hip hop alongside other dance styles into a commercial teaching setting, and it is widely associated with the commercial and music-video dance world, with a faculty of working dancers and choreographers. Classes are open to all skill levels, with drop-ins and walk-ins accepted, and cover hip hop through contemporary and other styles. Programs include an adult program, a junior program, masterclasses, a certificate program, industry intensives and a workstudy scheme, plus student housing, studio rentals and the Red Wall Tutorials streaming platform.
