About this studio
Marta's Legacy Dance Studio in Merritt Island, Florida is a dance, acting and voice training facility that describes itself as producing "triple threat" performers, encouraging students to study more than one genre. Dance classes begin at age two and a half and run through adult, organized in levels from introductory (ages 3-6) up to intermediate/advanced and professional, with a teen/adult track for ages 13 and up. The syllabus covers ballet, ballet technique, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical/contemporary, musical theatre, acro/tricks and tumbling, alongside acting, vocal and audition preparation. Classes are offered from recreational through professional level and almost all of them perform in the end-of-year recital in June.
