About this studio
Madison Professional Dance Center (MPDC) is a centrally located studio in Madison, Wisconsin, teaching all ages and skill levels from toddlers and preschoolers through school-age children, teens and adults. Its curriculum spans classical and contemporary ballet, pointe, jazz, hip hop, modern, tap, contemporary, lyrical and creative dance, and staff are certified in Acrobatic Arts, so acro is taught as a blend of dance technique and acrobatic skill. MPDC runs both a recreational track and a competitive company whose dancers compete regionally and nationally. The studio keeps low teacher-to-student ratios and offers a parent-and-child toddler class called Bop & Bond, preschool classes, adult classes and a family waiting area.
