About this studio
LHQ DanceForce is a dance studio and wellness center at 159 Main Street, Unit H, Agawam, Massachusetts, run by Lynn Hadden-Quinn, whose motto is 'where rhythm meets discipline'. It teaches children and adults of all ages, starting with Monkey Movers for ages 1-2 and Giggle Toes for ages 2-3, then Bebop Dance and Princess Ballerinas for ages 3-5, Mini Starz for 5-7 and a Dance Foundation program for ages 7-18. Audition-based groups - Free Spirit, Dance Starz and Extreme Team - provide a performance and competitive track for more committed dancers. Class listings include tap, jazz, lyrical and ballet at graded levels, plus adult fitness offerings such as Zumba and Pilates. The studio runs a separate adult class schedule and a summer program, holds YPAD and other industry certifications, and offers a 30-days-for-$30 introductory trial for new students.
