About this studio
Latin Dance Factory is a Houston-area Latin social dance school founded in 2007 and run by owner-instructor Christian Franco, who has more than 20 years of teaching experience. Its studio is in Pearland, but group classes and socials run seven days a week at venues around Houston, including downtown, EADO and rooftop bars, plus monthly Sunday boat parties. Teaching covers salsa, bachata (Dominican and sensual), cumbia, merengue, kizomba, semba, urban kiz, tango, mambo, cha cha, waltz, lady styling, Tejano and Norteno, taught in beginner (101), improver (201) and advanced (301) levels, and through 2.5-hour crash courses for absolute beginners. No partner or experience is required and students rotate partners in class.
