Fierce Dance Academy

Fierce Dance Academy is a dance studio at 608 East Basin Road in New Castle, Delaware, with more than 200 dancers and over 10 instructors. It frames its work as more than dance, aiming to build confidence, discipline, creativity and self-expression in a safe and inclusive environment alongside technical training. Classes are offered in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, contemporary, hip hop, ballroom and tumbling, with a certified-coach tumbling program the studio describes as one of the few in-studio programs in the region, available from age 4. The recreational program takes dancers of all ages and skill levels starting at age 2, and a competition team serves ages 4 to 19 by audition. The studio also offers private lessons booked online, a summer intensive, a fall season running 2026-27, an annual recital, its own mobile app and branded merchandise shops.
