About this studio
Extensions Performing Arts Academy is a dance studio at 2765 West Avenue L in Lancaster, California, in the Stater Bros. and Starbucks shopping center, serving the Antelope Valley since 1995. Owned by Jennifer Phillips, the studio operates three studio rooms and is currently opening its 2026-27 season. Classes run from age 2 through adult across age divisions (Little Demi, Demi, Mini, Junior, Teen, Senior) and three levels from beginner to advanced. Structured programs cover Demi/Mini introductory ballet and tap, jazz and technique, hip hop, ballet and pointe, tap, contemporary and lyrical, and a fitness strand with stretch, conditioning and acro/tumbling. Both recreational and competitive tracks are offered; the Performing Company (ages 5-20) attends regional and national competitions and conventions. Other offerings include the BluPrint Academy industry program, a Rising Stars program for students with special needs, an annual summer recital at Antelope Valley College, drop-in class cards, studio rentals and vendor partnerships with Blue Ridge Academy, Gorman Learning Center and iLEAD for homeschool families.
