Diversemoves Dance Studio

DiverseMoves Dance Studio, LLC is based at 390 E. Center Street, Suite B, in Marion, Ohio, at the rear of the Greenwood Business Center, and marked 22 years in business in 2026. The studio is Christian owned and operated and takes its name from the idea of diversity, stating that all students are welcomed regardless of race, color or creed; its stated mission is to offer more than dance by educating students mentally, physically and spiritually while building self-esteem and confidence. Teaching centers on hip hop, which the studio describes as combining rigid and relaxed isolations with high and low impact footwork, along with clog dance, the Appalachian percussive form danced in metal jingle taps, and tumbling, which progresses from rolls, cartwheels and bridges through to round-offs, aerials and back handsprings. Classes run in age bands including 3 to 4, 13 to 17 and an adult hip hop class, and the studio also runs summer camps and takes part in competition.
