About this studio
Broadway Bound Dance Academy opened in the winter of 2003 at 10580 Loveland Madeira Rd in Loveland, Ohio, in the Cincinnati area. It was founded by owner and creative director Emilie LaRosa, who trained locally from age three, competed through grade school and high school, earned a B.A. in Dance Management from Oklahoma City University's School of Dance and Arts Management, and then studied at Broadway Dance Center in New York while dancing with the Peggy Spina Tap Company, Tap Fusion and the New Jersey Tap Ensemble, where she was managing director. She is a founding member of the non-profit Cincinnati Taps, Inc. The academy offers instruction in classical ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip hop for students aged 2 through adult, along with acro classes, a Young Dancers program for ages 2-6, technique classes, and adult fitness classes.
