Dancerz Unlimited

Dancerz Unlimited runs two locations in the Kansas City metro: the Corinth studio at 4047 Somerset Drive, Prairie Village, and a second studio at 6580 West 95th Street, Overland Park. It describes a well-rounded program for children and adults from age three up, with emphasis on technique and performance. The youngest students take Creative Movement and Pre-K Combo classes focused on self-expression, coordination and freedom of movement, followed by Dance/Tumbling for ages 3-5 and Combo classes of ballet and tap for kindergarten through second grade. Older students progress through Ballet I-V, beginning and intermediate Tap and Jazz, Lyrical, Kidz Hop and Hip Hop, plus standalone Tumbling. Teen and adult classes in tap, jazz and ballet are offered for students who want to dance recreationally. Invitation-only Performance Classes I-IV are advanced tap and jazz groups whose members are expected to enter several local dance competitions each year, with ballet required. Fall classes begin at the end of August and a summer schedule also runs.
