Join Aiyana for varied meditations targeting times of transition of fall and spring, new moon, full moon, and others yet to be formed! Times and days may vary. See the event schedule. Please allow yourself 40 minutes of “alone” time or “me” time without interruptions. You will be asked to turn off your phone and prepare your space for silence, comfort, and tranquility. Pre-register online at least 2 days before class starts with the name you will be attending class under. Join the Zoom meeting link (listed on the event page) with the same name as what you registered under. Required equipment: yoga mat/blanket, bed, or comfortable chair and a device that can stream online classes
