Dance Xhilaration is a small, family-owned dance studio at 451 Main Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts, working to the motto 'Dance it, Live it, Love it'. It aims to give children a happy and supported place to train, keeping music, choreography and costuming age-appropriate. Classes begin with a Mommy/Daddy & Me class for walking age to 24 months, then Tiny Tots for 24 months to 4 years, Kinder-Dance for 4 to 6 and a pre-ballet/tap/jazz combo for 6 to 8. Genre classes cover ballet from age 8, jazz, tap, musical theatre, hip hop and acro from 4, lyrical from 5, modern from 11 based on Horton, Graham and Limon technique, and pre-pointe and pointe from 11. An audition-based competition program starts at age 5, and there is an annual recital.
