Its staff bring close to 40 years of combined teaching experience. Ballet is taught from beginner through advanced, with ballet and tap basics classes for young children. The hip hop program covers foundation styles such as popping and breaking, club styles like house, and more contemporary lyrical hip hop, and a separate Break Dance / Open Circle class introduces alignment, conditioning, musicality, terminology and the history of the form. Jazz classes begin with a cardiovascular warm-up before working on coordination, turns, jumps and leaps. Tap and lyrical are also offered.
