Ballet Fantastique

Ballet Fantastique (BFan) is a professional ballet theatre company and school based in downtown Eugene, Oregon since 2000, with a studio campus made up of the City Center for Dance at 960 Oak St plus annex studios on E. 10th Avenue. The company is a resident company of the Hult Center for the Performing Arts and creates original story ballets performed with live music, with a 2026-27 season including Nevermore, A Christmas Carol, Cleopatra and Robin Hood & Maid Marian, plus outdoor Ballet in the Vineyard shows and touring work. The Academy of Ballet Fantastique is its official training school, offering boutique classes with international professional faculty and small class sizes: a Young Dancer Program from age two, Pro Training from age seven, a Professional Dancer Development Program, and adult and teen drop-in classes and workshops. Summer brings dance camps and a Vaganova intensive. Admission is need-blind with full and partial scholarships, and free trial classes are offered.
