Award winning theater company Vincent Victoria Presents offers a glamorous and exciting new play with The Divas Ball.Written by Vincent Victoria and Taylor Getwood, the play is a celebration of Great African American entertainers of the past, present, and future as four young students learn what it means to be and considered a DIVA by encountering such past notables as Josephine Baker, Billie Holliday, and Ella Fitzgerald .
Performances are March 15-17 at The Match Houston 3400 Main Street Showtimes are Friday and Saturday at 8pm. and Saturday and Sunday at 3pm.Tickets are available at https://matchouston.org/events/2024/divas-ball.
Additional performances will be at Midtown Art Center 3414 La Branch March 21-24.
