Cast
Helen Baker, is excited to be on stage again in Cone Man Running Production's "The C-Word.” It’s been awhile since she’s been on the stage, but it has always been a second home. You might have seen her in “The Five Minute Mile” last February. Other favorite roles include; Temp/True Story, Hattie/Laundry and Bourbon, and Inga/Young Frankenstein. She received a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre Performance from TCU and received her M.A. in Theatre Education from the University of Houston. She would like to thank her family and friends for their continued support for her love of theatre.
Forget everything you’ve heard about Nick Brownrigg. Especially if you heard it from that filthy dirty liar Bobby Flay. Guy doesn’t know what in the hell he’s talking about, alright?
Ronnie Chaumont is a Houston-based comedian that performs improv, stand up, sketch, and modern clown. Recently, he's been concentrating on modern clown work by training in Los Angeles (Elysian Theater), Austin, and Dallas. In addition to performing at various venues around Houston, his performances have taken him to Rome, Italy! (it was an open mic, but still), Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, Tampa Florida, and Lafayette, Louisiana. Delighted to join the cast of talented performers in this show!
Quinn Doran is a Houston-based comedian and improviser with nearly a decade of experience. She performs with ComedySportz Houston and the long-form troupe Preston Street, and has opened for Mo Amer. Her comedy has also been featured by the Daily Mail UK and on The Tamron Hall Show.

Brian Kondrach is absolutely thrilled to return to the Cone Man Running stage. He last appeared on this stage in End of the World, also directed by Ruth McClesky. He spends most of his time playing with Preston Street improv, who recently won Second Funniest Improv Troupe in Houston for the second year in a row. When not performing, he is riding his bike with his kids or staving off the sweltering summer heat with local craft brews. Joshua Nauls is a writer, performer, and producer based in Houston. When he’s not working his full-time job, he’s writing, pitching, planning or editing.
Eric Peña is an improviser hailing from the bountiful petroleum fields of Pasadena Texas. He discovered improv classes in 2021 from a Tony Soprano-induced google search and has been mired in the swamp eva since. His performance in this show is dedicated to his lovely daughter, Dahlia. (If you hear any bad words, just cover your ears sweetie!)
Cawlyn Robinson is happy to be joining this production after recently participating in Cone Man Running's production of "Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None." Cawlyn has previously acted in four other Cone Man Running productions including To Kill a Mockingbird, Office Hours, and the 5 Minute Mile. When he's not pretending to be other people, Cawlyn is an attorney working for a boutique commercial litigation firm in downtown Houston. He would like to thank Ruth for giving him the opportunity to be a member of this cast and his parole officer for being surprisingly susceptible to bribes.
Katherine Rinaldi is excited to be a part of The C Word Sketch Show cast. Previous credits include: King Charles III (Kate) with Stoic Theatre, The End of the World (Poppy) with Cone Man Running Productions, A Midsummer Night's Dream (Hyppolyta/Titania) with Shakespeare in the Shade - HCP4, Macbeth (Lady Macbeth) with Creative Movement Practices, and most recently An Ideal Man (Gertrude) with Boiling Point Players. Katherine received her BA in Drama from the University of St. Thomas in 2010. Since graduating Katherine has gone on to study Meisner and Shakespearean Verse through the Kim Tobin Acting Studio. When not on stage Katherine has also been able to work as a director: Caesar with Boiling Point Players, and Melancholy Play with Cone Man Running Productions. She would like to thank her family and friends for their constant support. And a special thanks to Andraes and Pippa for listening to her run her lines every day.
Rachel is an actor, based in Houston, TX. She has performed on Houston comedy stages for the last 11 years. While you will typically catch her performing improv comedy with Hot Goss, Car Naps and Me Bamp at both Station and Coronation theaters, she also enjoys the opportunity to perform in occasional sketch shows like this one. Hope you enjoy!
John is a Houston-based writer and improviser who regularly performs in the troupes Two Kids in a Trench Coat and the Leather Jacket Club.

Ruth S McCleskey graduated with honors from the University of Houston, magna cum laude, with a degree in theater. Her thesis was titled A Directorial Approach to "Who Will Carry the Word?" by Charlotte Delbo. She is a co-founder of Boiling Point Players (BoilingPointPlayers.com) and performs in the two-person long form improv group Ophelia’s Rope (OpheliasRope.com) with Autumn Clack. Amongst her favorite full length directing credits: The End of the World, Melancholy Play, Separating the Art, Positions, An Ideal Man, 5 Lesbians eating a Quiche, and True Story.
Amy Pope - is a Cone Man veteran. She has preformed in Midsummer Nights Dream, several Spontaneous Smatterings, a Pass & Go and just recently her first Five Minute Mile. She has spent most of her time doing backstage work and whatever Ruth signs her up for.
Josh is a man of many talents and many secrets.
