Anything Goes at Lubbock Community Theatre

Investment banker Billy Crocker stows away on the luxurious SS American to woo the beautiful debutante Hope Harcourt.  When Billy realizes that Hope has become engaged to a British lord, he enlists the aid of his old friend, Reno Sweeney, an evangelical nightclub singer, and new pal, Moon Martin (Public Enemy #13).  Donning several disguises to evade the ship’s crew and his boss, Billy finally wins Hope's affection and Reno falls for Lord Evelyn.  
Anything Goes features a classic score by Cole Porter, lively dance numbers, and a hilariously farcical plot.
