Keyboard Conversations Opens with FESTIVE FRENCH FARE
Keyboard Conversations, featuring concert pianist Jeffrey Siegel opens the 2017-2018 Season presented in part through the generosity of Dr. John F. Dixon with Festive French Fare in the Bank of America Theatre at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas Monday, October 9, 2017 at 7:30 pm. Virtuoso pianist and storyteller Jeffrey Siegel returns to the keyboard in a program that showcases the gorgeous, colorful and sensuous music including Debussy's popular Clair de Lune, Ravel's spectacular work The Fountain and Satie's Rag Time Prelude. Delivered with wit and humor and a deep admiration for the music, Mr. Siegel's performance will make you fall in love with this intoxicatingly music. An interactive Q and A will conclude the program.
Jeffrey Siegel has been soloist with some of the world's great orchestras. Abroad, these include the Berlin Philharmonic, London Symphony, Philharmonic and Philharmonia, Moscow State Symphony, Bayerischer Rundfunk, The Hague Residentie Orkest, Oslo Philharmonic, Stockholm Philharmonic and many others. In the United States, engagements include the New York Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Philadelphia Orchestra, The Cleveland Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra and Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts is located at 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas.
