Wayne Abravanel will bring is acclaimed one-man cabaret concert, "My Life On Broadway" to the Arthur Newman Theatre in Palm Desert on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 2 PM. Tickets are $11 cash only, and it is presented by Les Michael's Sundays In Summer Cabaret Series.

Wayne Abravanel will play the music and sing the songs, along with personal stories, from many of the Broadway shows he either played in or conducted orchestras for during his many years in New York City as well as those he traveled with in national tours. A few of the shows include The Who's Tommy, Sunset Boulevard, Chicago, Cabaret, Jekyll and Hyde, West Side Story and 42nd Street. He has also musical directed shows for Hal Linden, Leslie Uggams, Michelle Lee, Elaine Page, Jane Olivor, Roslyn Kind, Kaye Ballard, Donna Theodore, Derrik Lewis' Musical Chairs, Palm Springs Follies, Indian Wells Symphony and Sun City's Performing Arts Club. Wayne may also be seen on Saturday evenings playing for Les Michaels Cabaret On The Green Open Mic at AJ's at Date Palm Country Club.
