Sacred Heart Academy Announces Auditions for Male Actors for PETER PAN Sacred Heart Academy is pleased to announce the upcoming fall musical, Peter Pan! Broadways timeless classic promises to whisk you away to a place where dreams are born as youngsters struggle with growing up.The accompanying outreach project will involve mental health activism.This production will feature MTI-approved revisions to the classic text, the magic of Flying by Foy and will be performed at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven during November 14-16, 2019. Peter Pan will be directed by ML Delaney, produced by Kim Cramer Curbow and choreographed by Janet Gambardella Bracale, with music and full orchestra directed by Matt Durland.Male actors in any local high school are encouraged to attend auditions on Saturday, June 1 from 12-3:30pm at Sacred Heart Academy, 265 Benham Street in Hamden, CT. Be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song, classic or contemporary. You will also learn a dance combination. If cast, male company members are required to attend Saturday afternoon rehearsals starting in September. Questions can be addressed to our producer at kcurbow@sacredhearthamden.org.
