Measure for Measure at University of Saint Joseph (Bruyette Atheneum)

Measure for Measure is a dark comedy in which Duke Vincentio places his puritanical deputy Angelo in charge of Vienna, leading to a series of moral and political crises involving novice nun Isabella and her condemned brother Claudio. The production is directed by Brian Jennings and features Mauricio Miranda (Member, Actors' Equity Association) as Angelo, Jovan Davis as Duke Vincentio, and Claire Stillman as Isabella, among a large ensemble cast. Original compositions are performed by musician Jesey Meche with music by Kate Swanson. The production runs in repertory with A Midsummer Night's Dream outdoors on the campus of the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford.
