HAMLET to Open at Chestnut Street Playhouse in Norwich
New England Studio Theatre will present Shakespeare's tragedy at Chestnut Street Playhouse, with Michael Hinton directing and starring as the Prince of Denmark.
New England Studio Theatre (NEST) presents William Shakespeare's tragedy of Prince Hamlet, who returns home to find his mother remarried to his uncle, the new King of Denmark. When his father's ghost appears with an accusation of murder, Hamlet's search for the truth sets in motion events that threaten his family and the kingdom. Michael Hinton stars in the title role, co-directing with Kristin Allegrezza, alongside Derek Corriveau, Heather Oakley, Lydia Winter, Aaron Lathrop, Charles Anderson, Benjamin Fuller-Shafer and Bob Schneider.
