Lee Daniels' The Butler at Ohio Theatre

Forest Whitaker stars as a White House butler serving eight presidents while witnessing decades of American history. As the civil rights movement unfolds, he balances quiet professionalism with rising tensions at home, especially with a son drawn to activism. The film is based on the book by Columbus native Wil Haygood, who will be present to introduce the film. This screening is part of Ohio Goes to the Movies and is free of charge.
