Fast paced murder mystery romp about a team of theatrical writers who have gathered at a wealthy theatrical angel!s mansion for a backers audition, only to discover it has all been a ruse by a New York detective to discover the identity of a mysterious stage door slasher. Mayhem, mistaken identities, humble heroes, saboteurs, are just a few of the descriptions of this homage to musical comedy and murder mysteries of the 1930s and early 1949s.
