Broadway In Chicago welcomes Walgreens as the title sponsor for the 2007 Broadway In Chicago Season Series.

This year's line-up continues to support Broadway In Chicago's commitment to bringing the best of Broadway to the stages of the LaSalle Bank Theatre, the Cadillac Palace Theatre, the Ford Center for the Performing Arts – Oriental Theatre, and the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University.

The complete 2007 Season Series line-up is as follows:

Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
with Kathleen Turner and Bill Irwin

March 27 – April 8, 2007 at the LaSalle Bank Theatre

Direct from electrifying and critically acclaimed runs on Broadway and in London's West End, the new production of Edward Albee's masterpiece Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, starring original cast members Kathleen Turner and Bill Irwin, will play Chicago's LaSalle Bank Theatre for a limited engagement. The show follows George and Martha, two of the most famous roles ever written for the stage. Over the course of one wickedly hilarious evening, the cocktails come out and the gloves come off as this riveting duo take their two young guests on the ride of their lives.

Lerner and Loewe's Camelot
with Michael York

May 1 – 13, 2007 at the LaSalle Bank Theatre

British stage and film legend Michael York stars in a magnificent new production of Lerner and Loewe's timeless masterpiece. King Arthur's enchanted kingdom, Camelot, is a place where honor and chivalry reign. But can this idyllic land survive when Queen Guenevere falls in love with Sir Lancelot? The splendid, memorable score includes the romantic and haunting "If Ever I Would Leave You," the captivating "How to Handle a Woman," and the majestic "Camelot."

The Light in the Piazza

July 10 – 22, 2007 at the Auditorium Theatre

The Light in the Piazza makes its triumphant return to Chicago at the Auditorium Theatre, having won the hearts of Broadway as well as six 2005 Tony Awards, including Best Score. The romantic new musical brings together the talents of Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas in an adaptation of Elizabeth Spencer's novella, directed by Bartlett Sher. This lush, dreamy musical finds Margaret Johnson on vacation in the Tuscan countryside with her daughter, Clara, and Clara's unexpected encounter with a handsome Florentine named Fabrizio. Audiences will be swept away to Italy where true love and marriage abound in this contemporary, witty and elegant new production.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

July 31 – August 12, 2007 at the Auditorium Theatre

Based on the popular 1988 film, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is a delicious musical comedy following the travails of two con artists, Lawrence Jameson and Freddy Benson, as they take on the lifestyles of the rich and shameless in the glorious and glamorous Riviera setting. After meeting on a train, they unsuccessfully attempt to work together only to find that their small French coastal town isn't big enough for the two of them.

Jersey Boys

Begins October 2007 at the LaSalle Bank Theatre

Jersey Boys is the 2006 Tony Award-winning Best Musical about Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. This is the story of how four blue-collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. They wrote their own
songs, invented their own sounds, and sold 175 million records worldwide – all before they were thirty. Jersey Boys features their hit songs "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh What a Night" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You."
