Fully staged & costumed with piano (8/8/19) or orchestra (8/9 & 8/10) Suor Angelica is Puccini's tragic tale of a young woman sent away to a convent after a family "scandal" and the day her Aunt finally comes to see her. Act 2 features Gianni Schicchi - a romantic comedy about a dysfunctional family, the inheritance they are fighting over and the man who comes to their "rescue"! All performances begin at 7:00 with a 20 min intermission between Acts.
