Bruce Norris's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama takes place in one Chicago house, fifty years apart. In 1959, a neighbor arrives to talk a white couple out of selling their home to the neighborhood's first Black family, while in 2009 a white couple's plans to tear down and rebuild the same house in a now predominantly Black neighborhood spark conflict. The play, often very funny, explores mental health, housing, gentrification, race, economics, and relationships. The cast includes Melinda Anderson, Jordan Collins, Amber Gamber, Murphy Howard, Na'San Jamison, Jayden Marcus Smith, Theresa Strange, and Andrew Texter.
