This glorious season finale will mark the end of Maestro Dimmock’s 38- year tenure as the Founding Music Director of Bach in Baltimore. he will continue to be involved with the choir and orchestra, conducting two concerts next season.
The works chosen for this concert are all among the Maestro’s favorites. It is a majestic celebration of sacred masterworks, bringing together the towering legacies of Bach, Handel, and Faure—a sweeping, musical tapestry that honors the divine in its many forms. it also features our new, Taylor and Boody continuo organ in selected pieces.
