The CENTER for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck's Teens on Stage workshop presents Water for Elephants: High School Edition from February 13 to 22, 2026. Based on the bestselling novel by Sara Gruen, the musical follows Jacob, a young man who escapes to a vibrant traveling circus where he navigates complex relationships and challenges, particularly with star performer Marlena and the ringmaster August. Directed by Lynne Czajka, the production features theatrical puppetry, acrobatics, and aerial silks, engaging a cast of dedicated young performers.
