Ft Caspar to Host Cowboy Workshop

Come to Fort Caspar Museum on Saturday, March 24th between 1:00 and 3:00 pm for our monthly "Fremont Family Funday." The topic of this month's hands-on workshop is "Wyoming Cowboy."

Learn about the Cowboy's "Three Rs:" Riding, Roping, and bRanding. Explore the Museum's Cowboy Discovery trunk, which includes brands, a lasso, cowboy clothing, etc. Then, participants are invited to make their own branding irons out of pipe cleaners.

This is a drop-in program between 1:00 and 3:00 pm that is free with museum admission. No reservations are required, and all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Admission prices are $1.50 for adults, $1.00 for youth (ages 13-18 years), and FREE for children (12 years and younger) and for Museum members.
