Camp Media Theatre

Camp Media Theatre is the summer day camp program of The Media Theatre, a 451-seat professional music theatre in Media, Pennsylvania. It offers two tracks. Performance Camps, for ages 8 to 15, are two-week musical theatre intensives in which every camper auditions, is cast and receives a script; week one covers choreography, music and blocking, and week two focuses on memorization, costumes and props, ending in a ticketed public performance on the Media Theatre stage. Concert Camps, for ages 6 to 12, teach three songs, three dances and improvised scenes around a theme and end in a final concert with a pizza party and camp T-shirt. Camps run Monday through Friday, roughly 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with paid before and after care available. The 2026 season ran from June 15 through August 28 across six sessions, including one held off-site at the Media Fire Station.

Camps run Monday through Friday with drop-off 9:30-10:00 AM and pick-up 3:30-4:00 PM. Before care (9:00-9:30 AM) and after care (4:00-4:30 PM) are available for an additional $150 for two-week camps or $75 for one-week camps and must be purchased for the full length of camp. The off-site camp meets at the Media Fire Station, 11 S Jackson St, Media, PA 19063, but still performs on the Media Theatre stage. A limited number of scholarships are available and must be applied for before registering. No refunds are issued for educational programs.
