Waving Through A Window: A Musical Exploration of Social Media at 54 Below

Growing up in a world shaped by social media, comparison, and constant visibility, Waving Through A Window explores the many layers of life online: pressure, performance, connection, isolation, identity, and everything in between while trying to understand who you are beyond the screen. Featuring music from Dear Evan Hansen, Be More Chill, Waitress, Heathers, Next to Normal, and artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Taylor Swift, Broadway and NYC’s best will build stories through songs that reflect anxiety, identity, heartbreak, and self acceptance in a digital age. With a tone that shifts between quiet vulnerability, sharp humor, and chaotic emotional release, the evening will capture what it means to grow up online: where every feeling feels amplified, compared, and posted, yet still deeply personal. Produced by Pia Ramchandani, Waving Through a Window is a raw and modern coming of age concert for anyone who has ever felt defined by a screen, overwhelmed by expectations, and still found a way to turn that noise into music. Please note that all artists and acts are subject to change at any time.
