"La Banda" (The Band) is a new music-based, multi-media competition show in partnership with Simon Cowell. We'll scour the U.S. and Latin America for the ultimate Latino boy band. Contestants will compete for a place in "La Banda" and for a coveted recording contract with Sony Music Latin, home to the most prolific Latin music artists, and Syco Music, label for the world's biggest selling boy-band
